I've been an Am ex-customer for quite some time. I've an ideal pay background and my credit happens to be within the reduced 800is. I obtained a contact today declaring these were deleting my card. No reason whatsoever was handed. I named and after waiting on-hold for more than 45 units the phone call was responded by somebody in India who talked exceptionally bad Language. He set me on-hold again and after waiting another fifteen minutes the phone call was disconnected. That is crazy. I suppose they did not get enough of my taxpaying bailout money. Does anybody know of anyhow to document aa official complaint against them?
