On November 1oth I received several calls from this company. I am very skeptical about giving my information over the phone. So before giving any information my husband and I asked all the necessary questions. I even asked them not to take anything out of my account. The woman on the phone assured me that they would not and further advised me that it was for my protection. Needless to say as I waited for them to send me my credit card with the $1000 limit I called back. This time I got a man on the phone who was a little buligerent with me. He said in order to receive the benefits and the card I needed to allow them to take this money out of my account. I agreed at this point.

Not knowing that they were going to anyway. I asked again when will receive my card and information, the man told me in 20 days. I said it didn't take 20 days for you to take my money. I just received on December 10th a month later my package ONLY!

I called the customer care line. The man that answered the phone said I would receive a refund as in 10-12 weeks after I return the package. I said it didn't take 10-12 weeks for you to take my money when the package is returned I want my money NOW!

People contact your local DA and newspapers to get these people they are ripping off innocent people.
