Liberty Benefits Package, LLC like everyone else who has filed a report on this issue, has ripped me off. It is the same story, Yellow card, approved credit card, package and then they debit your account for $241.99. After that the runaround starts, first it's three weeks then six weeks and believe it or not now it's eighteen (18) weeks before you can receive the so called package and the reason being that there is a high demand.
They debited my account on October 11 with a promise to send me a credit card (which I specifically asked the rep what type of card and he stated MASTERCARD) in three weeks. Three weeks later I called the customer service number that I had been given and after being on hold for a long time the rep informed me that it actually takes four to six weeks to receive the package.
Six weeks later I was informed that there is a high demand and it will take eighteen (18) weeks for me to receive the package, and that's when I realized I had been ripped off.
After asking many question as to why its taking so long to send the package and how long does it take to manufacture the credit card, the customer rep informed me that I was actually not going to receive a credit card but an application form for a pre-approved card (A whole different story from what I was told when they were trying to get my bank account information and what is stated on the yellow card).
To add salt to injury after asking for a refund the rep told me that the refund policy would come with the package, which am yet to receive.
This is clearly false advertising and if I had Known that I was paying $241.99 for an application form I would never have give them my money.
Anyway, I might never get my money back or any kind of service worth $241.99 from Liberty Benefits LLC despite the interest they are collecting from whatever investments there're making with our money. Therefore if there is anyone out there with influence or means to flash this organization out to the public with their shady business through mass media and not only the internet I will appreciate it.
It definitely will be worth $241.99 if they can be stopped before they prey on more innocent people with their tactics. Further more I would really like to Know where their cooperate headquarters is located.
