Promised financing for a comercial real estate loan, charged Thousands of dollars in upfront fees for "Consulting" and to be my personal advisor, gave bad advice, had elaborate schemes that were confusing, complicated, and involved other "lenders" or "wealthy investors" from Hawaii or Texas who also charged more fees. Had to sign a contract up front that you would pay fees before any work was done-DON'T DO IT!!!
Any questions about what he was doing and I was belittled, chided, and he would not call back for a week. Never answers the phone, rarely answered mesages, and when answering it took days or weeks. Drew out the loan process for months. Would call and talk for 30 minutes at a time about underwriting giberish that noone could follow, as if to appear knowledgable, but in fact was talking in circles. Made promises that he did not keep and when asked about it accusations began to fly from him.
Stay far far away from these crooks.
