I have asked repeatedly for phone calls to stop at work, and they continue. I have also asked repeatedly by fax to refinance the loan amount that I'm behind on ($1500). I have received no communication from them.
I have explained that I have suffered a financial setback (like so many other Americans) due to taking a lower paying job three years ago, and I have tried to keep my head above water, but they do not care. I have a judgment against me by them.
When they leave voice mails, they are rude and hateful. When you speak with them on the phone, they are rude and hateful. They talk in a demeaning way. If I knew now what I needed to know back when I took the loan out, I would have never done business with them.
