Ripoff Taken money out my bank account, and reported things on my credit that have no knowledge about

Hello this company completely ripped me out. They some how received my info. And took money out my bank account without my authorization. They have charged me for items I never purchased and place them on my credit report. I've tried contacting them, but all I got was an pre recorded message.
