IDONLOCK charged my personal account $29.95 without my authorization. After contacting my bank about the unknown charges that appeared. I was able to get the information about the company. IDONLOCK claims it will protect you from the misuse of you information. Yet they not only charged my account for services I did not agree to they refuse to refund my money. I have NEVER received anything for them about an opened account with them or have I ever heard of them until I review my bank account. They offer no help or explanation.
