Collection - Asset Mangement CorpMerrick Bank D/b/a Nextcard Bank ripoff Alledgedly sold my account to Merrick Bank and closed my account with adverse comment on Credit Report - then Jacks up bill and won't correct IAW FRCA

I had a credit dispute over the former nextcard jacking up my account in excess of $590 dollars - they won't review the account to eliminate fruadulent charges and sent credit report entries thus preventing others from giving approval on credit.

I only charged $12.64 to begin with and they also stole the money out of deposit and also ripped the payments I made. Worse, they took the security deposit of $300.00 and they jacked the account so much it left a balance of $622. Oweing.

They need to get a life. We're not amused.
