Ripoff, charged bank account $9.95 without authorization after free credit report

Severval months ago i sent for a free credit report. Now for Nov and Dec i have been charged $9.95 to my bank account without authorization and without getting anything.

I'm going to call and try to cancel. And i'm going to file a complaint with my bank.
