They steal your money and laugh about it! That is exactly what happened to us. They took out $50 dollars every month for no reason. I called to see what was happening and got 2 very unprofessional people just passing the problem around, and never solving it.
Even though everything that was charged me with out my authorization is on paper, their only answer is that they have to charge me for the service that they provide, laughing at you as you had no right to call and complain about a $50 overcharge.
Mr. Scott Harrison is the last person I talked to at PNC. He is the one that likes to laugh at your expense instead of providing you with excellent customer service.
I had the account for almost a year until they started charging me extra service fees that I never agreed with.in my book that is stealing.
Now, if you like bad customer service and getting laughed at when they steal your money, then they are the right company for you.
One thing I assure you... I will not stop until they return the $50 they stole from me.
