Been dealing with this bank for 17 years, bought a home through them over a 5 year period, never late. Now due to visa debit card issued by them had gotten hacked into my car payment was one day late. So they wrote me a letter statting they payed it, not all, just 44 dollars of it. And that if i did not get money in the bank within 24 hours my account would be closed. Thsi is the same bank that when my Mother died i had to use her car to bury her, so i went through them, always have. But later found out that Clay the man who wrote out the loan did not even put my name anywhere on the paper work becuase i had to have a co sighner. They made me pay to have the title changed over to my co sighner, and now my payment comes out of my account each month, but it does not help my credit. Untill that problem about the debit cards which was not my fault but theres. When i do finish paying it back, i will have to pay to get the title back in my name. Mean time my insurance Compnay tells me if the car is not in my name and i have an wreck, they will not pay it because it is not in my name. And around we go.
