On or about April 19 my mortgage loan applications were sent from Able Mortgage Services LLC, as reported by Able representaive Douglas L. Applegate, of Woodbridge, VA to Aegis Wholesale for underwriting. The loans closed on May 28 without either Able mortgage Services LLC or Aegis Mortgage Corporation providing copies of any RESPA or Truth-in-Lending Disclosures up until the time of closing. Able employees still refused to provide them at the settlement meeting saying that Aegis mortgage had already done so.
Aegis also charged a $596.00 previously undisclosed admin fee. Aegis violated it's own lender instructions by not sending / providing RESPA and Truth-in Lending disclosures to me within 3 days of Loan application. I have written Mr. Steve Gilmore an attorney for AEGIS Mortgage Corporation on 7/06/04, and he explained that they would be responding in a week or two, well no response has been made in two months.
