My home was over appraised by equifirst for 116,000. I bought my home for 55,000. I had done a lot pf work on the house to latter learn my home appraises for 65,000.
I was told I could refinace in two years. My loan was sold to Fairbanks Capitol whom does no refinancing. My appraisal I requested two years latter had all kinds of infomation about my home that was not true. For example a garage worth $12,000 that was a shed, a fireplace worth 6,000 that had a board over the front of it because it was unusable. I was force to file bankrupsy because my payments were so high. These to companies worked hand in hand.
