Well they finally won. We have been forced into Bankruptcy by Fairbanks Capitol and are now loosing our home after fighting for allmost 2 years and 3 diff attorneys.
I do not understand that after all the investigations on Fairbanks that they can continue to steel good honest hard working people's home's away from them, we fell into there games and forked aver a lot of money to save our home but not any more.
Our home is not worth the amount they want this time to save iit so they can have it and I hope they choke on it.
Now that we're loosing our home I just wanted to let everyone know in the state of Ohio that finally there is an attorney starting a class action suite on Fairbanks.
