I was sent a pre-approved offer for a mastercard credit card through first premier bank. 9.9% no security deposit. The offer contained no disclosure of any activation fees, or any indication of fees not normally anticipated by the average consumer such as late fees, or overlimit fees as one would expect.
No indication that there would be an annual fee on the flyer either.
