I received a PRE-Approved credit card from First Premier Bank WRONG.
This sounds Great until you read their "Fine Print"
They offer a $250.00 credit limit - pretty low even with questionable credit.
Then they charge an Account set up fee $29.00
Program fee $95.00
Annual Fee $48.00
Over limit & late fees $29.00
Monthly service fee $84.00 Annually
an additional card Fee $20.00.
All the fees equal = $330.00 out of a $250.00 credit line. Your First payment would be over the limit Due to FEES - This starts You off at a Negative -$80.00 Dollars!
Should you want them to send it express that's $25.00. Other fees $11.00 month to pay by autodraft. You would be over the limit Due to FEES
I called and spoke with a raqisha and verfied she was in Hampton VA. At a call center & didnt even know where First Premier Bank was located. But gave me there customer service # 1 800 987-5521.
I called and got an automated system which asked for my SS # in order to be helped.
I was unable to get a live person. I then located a # for disputes 605-335-7321 & spoke with a rep. I asked her if i was calling Sioux Falls, she said yes but this was a call center. I then asked for the # for the actual Bank. She gave 605-357-3440..
I called and spoke with a laura, who asked for my SS# i refused & asked for their pysical address, she gave 3820 N louise, Sioux Falls Sd 57107. I verfied they are only in sioux falls and she did not know how many branches they had.
PLEASE don't we Fooled by these people, who should be imprisoned for price gauging. Where is the, Federal Banking Regulators for Bank Fees? Guess asleep at the wheel again.
In other words, it's far more likely that you'll get a parking ticket for breaking parking rules outside a bank than it is the bank will be fined for disobeying federal lending laws.
