No one is calling for up dates and found out the phone and fax # is disconnected

To start. I was in contact witha Diana Peterson for sometimes. Last month she informed me that she was let go. And that someone was going to contact me within a week time. Well... It's been 5 wks now and no one called or left messages. I try to call and get some kind of answer, to find out that the # I have is disconnected. It would be nice for someone to contact me and inform me of my status in my Home Loan Modification.
