This company has employees that do not make notes or follow through on requests for changes to a customer account. Unless you speak with a supervisor you won't even get the option of sending in a copy of your phone bill to prove you spoke with someone, so you can be stuck with overdraft fees and charges because they didn't move your bill pay date like they're supposed to! I've learned the hard way that you can't trust these people and must make your own recordings of conversations and notes about who you spoke with and when.
