Bill Payer 2000
Incompetence

I attempted (3) times, to have the Respresentatives of Bill Payer 2000.

Bill Payer "Failed" to properly take the necessary Money from my wifes Bank Account at Fifth/Third Bank. This was to insure that my Mortgage Payment can be properly paid for, without having to worried about it being late or paying for postage and un-necessary Money Orders.

Because they failed to understand the Customer (s) request and "Failed" to follow their own proper procedures. Resulted in "Not' Properly taking the "Two" Mortgage payments from my wifes account, and cost me personally "Late Fee's" and destroy my excellent "A-1 Credit.

I am now going to file numerous Complaints againts these jerks.
