Credit Card Rip Off Charged me for account never opened

This company says I opened a credit card via email and I DID NOT. They charged off 518.00 on my crdie report and arude collection agency keeps calling and threatening to take legal action. I sent a letter requesting prrof of this account and got nothing from them they have no number listed. I never opened anything on line this is a complete RIP-OFF...
