Ripoff charges excessive late fees, electric check fees, payoff figure fees are added for each request to the balance when you are trying refinance

This company charges excessive late fees, electric check fees, payoff figure fees are added for each request to the balance when you are trying refinance the balloon payment mortgage account which is bound to send you and your family in to financial hardship and forclosure of the property you mortgaged to this company. Yes I am a victim of this companies unfair business practice. Please help.
