Promised me a 2000 dollar visa platinum card saying that I was preapproved and guaranteed a $2000.00 limit for a one time charge of $299.00

The thought of having a $2000.00 visa platinum card was nice because, I had had problems in the past and just started rebuilding my credit over the last 2 years. Also I was excited because my beautiful fiance was pregnant and we were going to be able to have a actual good christmas together and still be able to buy baby clothes. So of course I was like all of us and jumped at the chance to be able to build my credit up and have actuall good credit because it was supposedly going to improve my credit in 6 months.

Also Micheal the representative of this fraudulent company also told me every 3 months my credit limit would go up 1000 dollars. So the thought of starting my family off with a foot in the door blinded me and my common sense and I took the offer hesitantly but I was weighing the goods and the bads of it and it seemed the goods out weighed the bad.

Well anyways they took the 299.00 dollars and I waited and waited 2 weeks went by and still nothing, so I called them and the gave me the run around and told me it should be there within the week. I waited another week and still nothing. So I called them and told them I had not received anything and the guy got rude with me and kept putting me on hold, so I asked to speak to a supervisor because I was tired of the run around and he hung up on me.

I waited another couple of days and still nothing and I called back. After a hour of busy signals i was put on hold for another 30 mins and finally talked to someone else and he was also rude to me and by this time it had been almost 4 weeks and he refused to let me speak to a supervisor. Conveniently he put me on hold and we got diconnected.

Then 2 days ago I called again by this time it was the 20th of nov and they took the money the 22nd of october so it had almost been a month, I was supposedly speaking with the supervisor and all the others supervisors where in a convient meeting. The guy was talking down to me the whole time which was annoying and he was telling me to be patient it will arrive shortly. I told the guy that I have been patient and there was a binding contract verbally guaranteeing me the 2000 dollar credit card and this package within 15-20 working days of when they took the money out of my bank and that that there company was breaking a contract which made the whole aggreement null and void and I just wanted my money back. He told me that they did not give out a credit card it was a benefits package that I payed for. I told him that They guy that spoke to me guaranteed me a 2000 dollar credit card and that he barely even spoke of any package the whole time.

I told him that I had been given the run around the last 2 weeks of me calling and he had the gall to tell me I had not contacted them at all in that time period because it would of been noted. So basically he was calling me a liar which did not set well with me but what could I do. Anyways he said that the credit card was supposedly a 300 dollar limit and not a 2000 dollar limit guaranteed. I told him that I was told I was guarenteed a 2000 dollar credit card by the sales rep. He then said well that is misrepresentation and that that employee would be fired. I told him if that is the case then his company was misrepresenting themselves and that that is a cause for a lawsuit and after I said that he hung up on me.

It is now Nov 22nd and on the 24th we will be going to the bank to file the (ACH) Automated Clearing House. That is not all we are doing we are going to take this to the state attorney generals office and Possibly pursue a legal action. I encourage everyone that has been lied to and Screwed over by this company to do the same. Lets NOT let this Bastard company get away with this. Sorry if I offended anyone with that.
