Requested a new business loan, terms were 5 months up front, paid the upfront cost and were contacted the next business day to request an additional 3 months payment up front.instead of paying the additional money up front, we asked for a refund, and have not received it. We called today to discuss, only to leave 5 messages. I called under a different name, and they answered my phone call, but once they found out who I actually was, they hung up on me. Do not ever use this company for anything!!!
