Caution Lenders, Banks, Homeowners and Residential Appraisers,

This company (The Appraisal Solution Inc, www.theappraisalsolution.net) is a sham, they take money from banks, lenders, an even homeowners for appraisal services, hire appraisers then refuse to pay them for appraisal services rendered.

This company has deceived so many, it is staggering, and it's an absolute amazement that they are still up and running.

Do not hire this company as an AMC, do not work for this company as an appraiser! Please post your experience for others to see.
