They order multiple appraisals and then by the time you realize they have notsent a check 2-4 months have gone by and they have hit you with thousand ofdollars of appraisals that you will never see the money for. This company is aflight by night thief in the night.
They contact appraiser's and use them untilthe appraiser realizes they are not going to pay them. This story is over andover and I am one of those appraiser's they hit for a couple of thousanddollars. The real frustrating thing is there is no number to call to talk toaccounting and none of the solicitors that call to solicit an appraiser knowanything or at least that is what they say. Warning to all appraiser do not dowork for this company they are robbing you!!!
