Ripoff They signed us up for 3 memberships! Want to cancel

This company is a ripoff a part of it is connected to the FOCUS FACTOR commercial.

My mother ordered Focus Factor that was supposed to be free and they signed her up for Membership Savings Club which is a part of MWI Homeworks Plus. They signed her up for 3 memberships! I called to cancel last month in October and again today November 18th. I spoke with Silvia who said that they cancelled the 3 memberships.
