I am a senior citizen living on a fixed income. I called Sears Home Improvement to find out if it were possible to lower my interest rate, they declined. I next received a bill that was paid 13 days early and it contained a late fee of $25. I was told it would be credited to my next bill. I cannot afford to pay the bill no less a late charge. This home improvement was done to my Condo (it needed the repairs) by a fast talking Salesman whom I'm sure ripped me off. The work was indeed done I'm only trying to get Sears to lower my monthly payments so they are more affordable.
