I'm a college student who's having rough times financially, so one day I checked my mail box and I thought the lord had blessed me with a credit line of $5,000.

I was asked to simply send in $45 or $49 to rush my credit card. However I have yet to receive this and now I want my money back. It was a total rip-off and people should not be able to get away with this.
