Claim work done for a mortgage customer - Property Claims Department

I think that BOA is the ABSOLUTE WORST EVER to work with. When we get a check issued to us for insurance we have major issues. BOA will even deposit the money and we are listed on the check and have not endorsed the check. Our customers even hate working with BOA and they are their mortgage company. Their customer service is a night-mare. I am sooooooooooo very thankful that I do not have a mortgage with them and hope I never do.
