On Nov. 2 our home caught fire. Our insurance company was very fast in getting our check for the damages done to our house. Since we still pay a mortgage we had to send to check to bank of america so they could endorse the check as well. We called for a week straight to find out what needed to be done. We talked to a different person everytime and got a different story everytime. Their employees from there floor supervisors to the little people are rude and inconsiderate. They are morons. Bank of america is refusing to release our check that in all legal rights belong to me and my husband. They want us to pay out of pocket for the repairs. I think they owners need to get off their butts and either train their people better or hire some body different. All you get when you deal with bank of america is the run around and a different story everytime
