President Bush needs to look in his own back yard and the Homeland Security attack Fairbanks Capital Corp. Charge them with Corporate American Terrorism. These people or terrorism hard working Americans daily. I personally know that I have been under attack from Fairbanks.
After I have read many reports I at least know I am not Crazy or alone. Which is just how Fairbanks makes you feel, that no one else has ever had this problem with them but you.
I would mail my payment they would return it to me. I would call them and ask why they would tell me because it wasn't enough. My housepayment has been the same for 10 years. Oh but not with Fairbanks. No I don't have an adjustable mortgage it is a 30 year fix. But with Fairbanks they find all kind of new charges to add to change your payment without any explanation.
My loan was taken over by Fairbanks in 2001. I was never notified that this was going to happen by my old mortgage carrier or by Fairbanks. I had mailed my payment as usual and prior to there take over had never had a problem with my credit history or late payments on my mortgage.
Fairbanks called and said I was 30 days late on my house payment. I explain no I mailed it and after finding out who they were and knowing nothing about any new mortgage company my troubles just began. I have been extroded 5 house payments in 3 months time. I don't have an escrow account, I've had the same home owners insurance company for 15 years. But yet my money has gone for force place insurance, suspence accounts, escrow accounts, and God only knows where else because after faxing monthly despute letters phone calls after phone calls No one has ever told me where my money goes from Fairbanks.
I was told by one of the collection representatives that once Fairbanks receives my money it is theirs to apply it as they see fit. Well I am a Business Office Director in a Medical Facility and if I applied Medicare and Medicaid money and Patients payments any where I seen fit I would be without a job and in jail. I can only hope Justice finds its way to the people responsable for destroying and terrorising us. They have destroyed my good credit rating with there Lies and I can't even refinance my home to get away from them.
This is a nightmare. Is there any companies out there that will take a look as us and help us get refinance away from these monsters.
