Debited my account even after I told them not to

I recently recieved an e-mail from National Platinum Shopping saying that my membership had been approved. And that they would be debiting my account for the membership fee within the next 48 hours. This e-mail was sent to me on 7/28 at 12:05 AM.
I had no idea who they were so I e-mailed them back and told them I did not want whatever they were selling and to not debit my account. This e-mail was sent to them on 7/28 at 10:35 AM. On 7/29 I received another e-mail saying that they had cancelled my membership and my account would not be debited. It is funny to note that the will not be debited was all in caps and bold type.
Well today is 7/30 and guess what, my account wqas debited for $99.95. I called them, which was anightmare in itself, and they finally said they would give me a refund, but it would take 7-10 days. After yelling for a while they hung up on me. The people I was talking to was simply a call center. They could not give me a number to call to speak with anyone at the company, they simply said that they would pass along the refund request. Man am I upset
