Went on line to apply for payloan and during this process I gave all necessary information to Money mutural which took me to several other locations. During this process National Platinum sent e-mail which went to my spam account, that they were opening up a membership account and on the e-mail it explain that I need to call to cancel if this was in error. As I don't go to my spam account on a regular basis, did not get the notice. On April 4 received a bank charge of $99.95 to my account. I called and per customer rep Brenda, they sent e-mail and made a phone call. I informed her that this was not correct, as I did not want to join a club which charged membership fee. She indicated that there was nothing they could do, but cancel the order, and could not refund my $99.95.
