I am a employee of Great Batch Medical INC. I am member of Health saving account which is managed by Well Fargo Health saving account. I call on 07/17/10 the customer service number listed on my Health saving account " Visa" card and hold my phone for 55 min and all the recording keep saying to hold and " customer service representative will be soon with you. Finally I cut off my phone. I can not imagine " Well Fargo Bank" Have lower their service to the level that we have to think to trust this financial Institute, once Citi Bank had done the same and lost public faith and now Wells Fargo Following a same path, Watch out costumers with this bank speak up and if does not change for batter trace them too.
