I signed up for a Wells Fargo Checking and Saving's Account which was to be free if I had a monthly transfer of money from my checking account to my saving account. This I did.
Then a few months ago I notice $12 service charge and I confronted them about it and they told me that Wells Fargo change the account rules and that I had to use my Debit Card at least 12 times per month. Then I used my debit card 12 time per month and there were no charges but I did not get my money back.
This month there is another $12 Service charge and I have used my debit more than the required 12 times.
I am on Disability and cannot afford this $12 or whatever when they decide to change the rules. Wells Fargo is know to steal money from people along with other large banks so your options are short for picking a bank close to where you live. These type of procedures has to be stopped period.
It was bad enough that my Disability went $20 per month, but my rent went up $125 per month. Then you have ot put up with banks stealing your money too?
