Ripoff! Money Taken, not credited to account. Old bethpage new york

I though I was doing the wise thing, and sent the balance owed on the account to FCNB (over $4k) in order to close the account. Turns out it wasn't credited. I sent copies of the check, which was cashed and deposited in a different account. I received no response, and can't get a phone number to call to get it fixed. Haven't even found a street address. I sent copies registered, but the post office had to change the P.O. Box to deliver it. Was Portland, now Old Bethpage, NY
