I am contacting a personal injury lawyer at this point. Its the only way to stop them. After all the basis of that lawsuit is being physically and emotionally harmed, and fairbanks has certainly done that ten times over to all who have been ripped off!
They have violated respa, fdcpa, nys insurance regulations to name a few. They sent me a letter in july and never mentioned the foreclosure!
I found out when a real estate agent contacted me and they are trying to evict me a week before thanksgiving. Consulted with an attorney and was told i have an excellent case with my documentation but cant afford to pay $5k up front... Contact state and federal senators, congress and whoever else will listen. These people need to be put out of business once and for all.
