I am a Fairbanks client. They are foreclosing on my home.
I tried dealing with them but they are never wrong.
My problem started when my loan was sold to Fairbanks from Contimortage or so Im told. They said that I was over $10,000 behind. I contacted them and told them they were wrong and they told me to file a complaint. I did so and they contacted me through the mail and said they needed more time to investigate. There complaint department will not allow you to talk with a live human being and they say the only way they will talk to me is through the mail.
I found out through the many different contacts, that there must have been an arrearage when they took over the loan, though they wont come out and say it. I have told them that their records are incorrect but they do nothing.
I have offered to send them a record of canceled checks to show that they are incorrect, but they have asked for nothing. Im hoping and praying that I might get the home refinanced before the foreclosure, but that is a problem because they are giving out wrong information to lenders. I dont know what to do. Im trying to get a Contract Real-estate Lawyer to help me and maybe that will work. But if it does or doesnt work, I would like everyone on this board to know that they (Fairbanks) are not FAIR BANK at all. They are a big ripoff!!!
