Seeking information on refund lawsuit, received only an auto reply

I recently read an article stating Fairbanks Capital has issued refunds to customers it ripped off. I tried to get more information but was unable to get anything further than an auto reply e-mail. Does anyone out there have any info on the lawsuit or how I can go about joining?
