Tried to cancel before free trail ended 5/22/07 charged my card 7/07 and 9/07

I sent them an e-mail trying to cancel and told them not to charge my card. The very next day my card was charged $19.95. I didn't know until I got my statement in July that they charged me. I sent repeated requests to cancel and they charged my card $29.95 on 9/4/07. I called them and was told I had to speak to the billing dept. And the cust. Service rep gave me another number to call, when I called that number I got the same rep and he hung up on me. I called a 3rd time and was told there was no billing department and they sent me yet another refund request... They never refunded me the first time.

This company knowingly charges credit cards when the customer doesn't want their service. I have contacted their local Better Business Bureau and will contact California's Attorney General's office next.

Do not do business with this company. This company is supposed to help people protect their credit against fraudulent activity - this is exactly who these people are - frauds!!!
