I bought an HD reciever from bestbuy for 100.00, since I did not wish to spend the 200.00 directv desired for that same reciever, I had been underneath the impact that since I have bought it from the store that I possessed it... Nowadays after promoting it to somebody - that despite the fact that I "bought it" it was still a lease. How is the fact that authorized??? The individual named me after purchasing it and stated that directv stated it was a leased receiver, I told him no I purchased it from bestbuy and that I delivered the "ONE RENTED" reciever back they have to have confused the figures, and so I named them-and they advised me that despite the fact that I bought it, it was nevertheless a rent which easily did not deliver it back they'd cost me 250.00 extra costs for it. It's been 7 weeks since I have ended support together plus they haven't once questioned me for that reciever back they delivered me a restoration package for that "ONE" I understood was rented they supplied in my experience. Why in 7 weeks have they not requested for this back and just why do they not owe me the 100.00 I taken care of it within the first-place or atleast some type of credit??? This Really Is crazy I actually donot understand how they're getting away with that, their customer support hurts today anyways and I'm happy I no further ask them to, this is actually the toughest method to handle somebody who had your support for 13 years... The main reason I quit is basically because I improved to HD after I got my lcd, after which got the sports package, And so I had been spending money on HD support and also the activities bundle, then I had been attempting to see a game title about the HD route and couldnot have it, I named them-and questioned why I couldnot notice it plus they informed my that it was another 20.00 monthly... HUH, okay I purchase the package and purchase the HD support but I can not view the overall game in HD??? WTF, And So I tlod them where you can proceed and just how to obtain there and that I want somebody might document a-class action suit since this CAn't be correct...
