I redeemed World Points for a $100 gift card. The card never came, so I called them after 45 days or so. They said they would reissue the card. The card never came. I called them after another 45 days or so. They said they would reissue the card a second time, but this time they would charge me $7, by reducing the value of the gift card. Each time I called them to report the problem, I gave them my address, and it was the same as what they already had on file. I have received other mail from BoA at that address before, including other (smaller) gift cards. Why am I being charged for their mistake? What if they never really sent the card in the first place?
