My son took out a car title loan with car title and payday loans on a pickup truck, the loan was for 3200.00, they paid a payment of 800.00 a month on the truck, they were told the 800.00 was intrest until they paid off the loan.
After paying on the pickup for 2 years, my son was laid off they fell behind on the intrest payments and the company pick up his truck. They paid over $18,000.00 back to this company. How can they get away with that, i beleive they are really taken advandage of the people who are stuggling to make it.
These type of people need to be stopped, is it legal to do such a thing, please help if you can, its not right. Thank you
