This is reference to prime one finanical i was told my a mrs charmaine at ext 4018 and linda both customer service rep for the company that i would be receiving a credit card for $1000 if i pay a one time fee of 187.00 this was untrue i then call in to cancel because i heard through this web sight that this was untrue when i call to inquire about it they hung up on me and stated a supervisor was not available
I told them to cancel my card on 10/17 before the took the money out of my account on 10/28 they read off the notes that i did call in and i did cancel it they didnt know why i was charge but stated they cant do anything about it i was told by a mrs melanie that her supervisor is mr steven ext 1005 but there no supervisor there to handle this call or to give me credit i was told i was miss lead and advise im on the no call list and they should of never call me in the 1st place and how did they get my number
She was very rude and told be tough luck they are aware of the rip off report and there nothing i or any one can due to them they didnt hold a gun to your head and if you was told a $1000 that your word agains ours please help me on this matter this is truly a scam every time i call they hang up 10/17 and 10/22 and 10/28 3 time that day no supervisor nor no telephone number to the corporate office to be given out i ask for the president refuse to give out name
