I was told that if the NADN was not able to get me $1000 or more in a refund that they would refund my membership fee back ($39.95) without any questions.
Joined on February 14, and sent my tax returns in to be reviewed using certified mail.
They received them on March 3. They said two weeks and I should received a call back. After two weeks I call them back and they told me, because it was tax season it would take longer for them to review my taxes.
During this period I received 8 phones calls about joining a home base business which I turned down 8 times. I ask each individual who call had my taxes been reviewed yet.
The answer was that was not their department and they transfer me to someone else who said we will give you a call tomorrow each time. I received no phone call the next day each time.
On April 2 I received a phone call stating that their is nothing they could do to give me a refund. So I ask to cancel the membership and have my money returned.
They said that was not their department and transfer me to someone else in customer service. They said fax a statement saying why I wanted to cancel and sign it. So I faxed them the statement and call back and ask had they received my statement the gentleman said yes.
Then I ask for my membership refund and they said that on March 18 my 30 days was up and they could not give a refund and their was no one else I could talk to, to get a refund. I was not told about a thirty day notice, I was told if I could not get back a refund of $1000 or more I would be refunded my money back no questions asked.
I tried to explain to the gentleman what I was told and he said that is not their policy and I ask if the coversation could be pulled to see what exactly was explain to me at the time of joining, he said no that is their companies records and they could not be pulled. I asked to speak to someone else he said he was the supervisor and their was no one else I could speak to and told me I am not getting my money and slam the phone down in my face.
The next day on April 3 I received a phone saying they have a tax expert who would like to speak to me. I said my membership had been cancelled. The lady said their was no record of me canceling my membership and she did not know why they told my that they had received a fax, because their was no record in their computer of receiving a fax. She asked that I fax it again so I did.
As of now every person I have talk to has told me something different and I don't know what to do. They do not seem to know anything.
