I recieved a call for a credit card. I was caught off guard so I said yes and gave my information. After thinking about it I decided to cancel it also looked on the rip-off web site to see if they were not on the list. They were so I called the number to cancel the card. I called one month before they were to take out of my acct. They said it was canceled.
So I called back the next week just to make sure. The rep stated it was canceled March 17. They were to take there fee out of my acct on April 11. April 11 came I got a letter from my credit union stated there was a insufficient funds fee on my acct. Global didnt cancel my membership, and still tried to get the money. I've called but they changed there office hours. At this time getting all my account information taken care of. Make sure they cancel you membership.
