I was called by a Vanessa Kass from First National Benefits and she offered me this great deal for a credit card that would help me with my bad credit so I can get it back on track and be able to get personal loans eventually.
It would only cost me a one time $299.00 dollars (nonrefundable of course, for a scam artist business) for 2 credit cards, one would be for a $4,000 dollar limit and the other for a $6,000 dollar limit with monthly increases up to a $10,000 dollar limit as long as I paid on time.
Well, the person I was fell for it and I was given a date of July 7th to cancel if I wanted to, but when I called back to cancel, I was hung up on or told that they could not stop the payment.
The first representative I spoke to told me that I had to call 3 business days in advance to cancel, they called me Tuesday, July 1st, I called Wednesday, July 2nd and got a person who told me they had to take my name and number so Vanessa can call me back, guess what no call was made to me.
I called Thursday, same statement, still no call, Friday, July 4th, I left 6 messages on their machine, they were closed. Monday came still no call back, I called and was told I had to call 4 or 5 days in advance to cancel.
This company is such a scam. I was told that my credit cards were coming by Federal Express, they have yet to get here a week later.
I had to call my bank and put a hold on my account so that the money wouldn't be taken out but there is no guarantee because they need a 3 to 4 day advance to put the hold on.
So, now that cost me money plus if the fee of $299 gets taken out I have to dispute it for another fee by the bank.
Don't Be A Victim Like me, if you get a call about a credit card you have to pay for Hang up!!!
