I have been subjected to two years of hell by Fairbanks Capital. We have been threatened with foreclosure twice. The first time they were sitting on thirteen hundred dollars of my money at the time they were foreclosing. They misapplied payments. They have forced us to accept insurance that provides us no protection for our possible losses. They refuse to provide a monthly statement of any type hence we never know where we stand with them. They hold payments then apply late charges that throws off our payment schedule and places us behind. We never know what is going on. It has been the most trying time of our lives and it's not over. I don't know how much longer we can stand it. I think that is part of their stragedy. I wish to heaven above we had never heard of them.
