Fairbanks Capital rip-off may not be through with the books deceptive company

In july i entered into what they call a forebearance

With: fairbanks capital for a six month period. At the end of the period. Which should have been dec but instead they one of the monthly mortgage payments was a down payments this was not fully explained to me, i called in on jan 08 to reveiw my condition and for three days i could not get a live person to talk with me

Now they have sent a certifeid letter with foreclosure preceedings, they sent me forms in which to do financials, they havent given me the tim to get them back in.

Also they are saying that i owe over 4000.00 in rears. I strongley feel that all of my payments was not handle properly, during the transistion from nations credit to fairbanks, i at least need a chance to look at how the last two years payments were handle
