I too have been a victim of the evil practices of Litton Loan Servicing. I have been with them for 3 years and until I tried to refinance, I never had an issue. But upon attempting to refinance my loan, I have had payments turn up missing, funds misappropriated, and numerous fees racked up on my account. I even provided one year's worth of bank statements, and they still say I am short one payment. If there are people who have fallen victim to the shady practices of this so called company, and they are pursuing legal action, via class action, count me IN!!!
